Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page depending on the carrier selected.

Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies. All packages will be insured!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover domestic return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error — for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.

To initiate a return, please email us and explain the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions. You will be notified by email once we have received and processed your return.

Please expect your refund within 5 business days of our receiving the returned item. This timeframe includes carrier transit time (5–10 business days) and our internal processing time (1–3 business days).

Damaged Items

Domestic orders damaged in transit are covered by carrier insurance. We will contact you with instructions after filing a claim with the insurance provider.

International orders covered by insurance will receive the same notification once we have contacted the insurance provider.
