WIX UR99165 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C 1965

About this model

Few sports cars have achieved the legendary status of the Shelby Cobra 427 S/C. Created by American racing icon Carroll Shelby, the Cobra combined a lightweight British roadster chassis with Ford's massive 427 cubic-inch V8 engine, resulting in one of the most powerful and exhilarating performance cars of the 1960s. The S/C (Semi-Competition) version was derived from the competition Cobras built for racing and remains one of the most sought-after American sports cars ever produced.

This highly detailed die-cast model faithfully reproduces the 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C in its classic blue finish with white racing stripes. Capturing the aggressive stance, flared fenders, side-exit exhausts, and distinctive roadster bodywork, the model celebrates one of the most iconic muscle sports cars in automotive history. Powered by a 7.0-litre Ford V8 producing over 425 horsepower, the original Cobra delivered breathtaking performance that made it a legend on both road and track.

Produced as a special WIX Filters collectible edition, this model features a die-cast body and chassis with authentic detailing. The model is a must-have for collectors of Shelby automobiles, American performance cars, and classic sports car memorabilia.
